The Okeechobee County Agri-Civic Center is a 190 acre facility with a covered arena capable of hosting a variety of equestrian events, rodeos, livestock shows, concerts, and other events. Seating capacity is 4,020 people in the stands, and an additional 2,200 can be accommodated in chairs or portable seating on the arena floor. The arena is ventilated and lighted to accommodate all weather day or night events, and is equipped with an in-house sound system and livestock handling facilities. For the comfort of the crowd, it is fully lighted and equipped with fifteen Rite-Hite overhead fans. It also has two concession stands and full restroom facilities

Adjacent to the arena is a horse barn with which is also covered, ventilated, and lighted for 24 hour horse boarding during horse shows and events. The horse barn is currently configured with 132 stalls, and temporary stalls can be set up if needed. Two outdoor practice/warmup arenas are adjacent to the horse barn and arena buildings.

The grounds also contain a circular drive equipped with electrical and water service where the annual Okeechobee County Fair is held, an eight and a half-acre festival field, and a six and a half acre grass display field available for outdoor events.  The main parking lot is lighted and can accommodate 850 cars with an additional 400 spot lighted parking area adjacent to the festival field. Handicapped parking is located in the main parking lot, adjacent to the arena. There is also a 50 spot RV park complete with water and electrical service for overnight use by patrons attending Agri-Civic Center events.

The facility has hosted equine events including reining, barrel racing, team roping, horse shows and clinics. Other events include professional and youth rodeos; concerts, truck and tractor pulls, monster truck shows, bike rallies, RV shows, car sales, boat and swamp buggy shows; high school graduations, weddings, concerts, trade shows, and circuses.

The Agri-Civic Center is located three miles east of downtown Okeechobee on State Road 70. The facility is open from 7:00am until Dusk, seven days a week for local residents to walk, ride bicycles, or exercise on our 5.25 miles of paved roads.
