eTRAKiT is Okeechobee County's online permitting and inspection system.  Contractors can now schedule inspections and see the inspection results online. Contractors may also apply for some types of permits online and check the status of any permit application that has been received by the Building Department. 

** Important notice for eTRAKiT users!  Please read the statement below before accessing eTRAKiT. **

When entering the website you may receive a pop up notification asking you to "select a certificate for authentication".  Should this occur, please select CANCEL.  Failure to do so will result in denied access to eTRAKiT.

Create an Account:

Contractors wanting to access eTRAKiT must have an account.

Schedule and View Inspections:

To schedule an inspection or view your inspection results, you must log into your account.  Inspections scheduled through eTRAKiT before 3:00 p.m. will be scheduled for the next business day.   Inspections scheduled through eTRAKiT after 3:00 p.m. will be scheduled for the second business day.  To schedule inspections directly with the Building Department, call 863-763-5548 before 4:00 p.m.
