That the Board of County Commissioners receive a presentation of the Property Appraiser's FY 20
budget request as presented by Mickey Bandi, Property Appraiser.
2. Facilities Maintenance - FY 20 FACILITIES MAINTENANCE BUDGET PRESENTATION— Robbie Chartier
That the Board of County Commissioners receive a presentation of the Facilities Maintenance
Department FY 20 budget request as presented by Kenny Murphy, Facilities Manager.

That the Board of County Commissioners receive a presentation of the 19th Judicial Circuit Court
Administration FY 20 budget request.
5. Medical Examiner - FY20 MEDICAL EXAMINER BUDGET PRESENTATION— Robbie Chartier
That the Board of County Commissioners receive the FY19/20 Medical Examiners Budget presentation.
6. New Horizons - FY 20 NEW HORIZONS BUDGET PRESENTATION— Robbie Chartier
That the Board of County Commissioners receive the FY19/20 New Horizons Budget presentation by Mr.
George Shopland, President/CEO of New Horizons in the amount of $53,787.63, which reflects a 3%
increase from FY 18/19.
7. State Attorney / Victim's Advocate - FY20 STATE'S ATTORNEY & VICTIM'S ADVOCATE BUDGET PRESENTATION— Robbie Chartier
That the Board of County Commissioners receive the FY20 State's Attorney and Victim Advocates
Budget Presentation.
8. Guardian Ad Litem - FY 20 GUARDIAN AD LITEM BUDGET PRESENTATION— Robbie Chartier
That the Board of County Commissioners receive a presentation of the Guardian Ad Litem FY 20 budget
request as presented by Paul Nigro, Circuit Director.
9. Agri-Civic Center - FY 20 AGRI CIVIC CENTER BUDGET WORKSHOP PRESENTATION— Matt Dorriety
That the Board of County Commissioners receive the Agri-Civic Center budget workshop for FY 20
presented by the Agri-Civic Center Manager.
10. Library/Mathewson Estate/Library Brick - FY 20 LIBRARY BUDGET WORKSHOP PRESENTATION— Kresta King
That the Board of County Commissioners receive the Library budget workshop presentation for FY 20
presented by the Library Director.

The Okeechobee County Board of County Commissioners will hold its Budget Workshops beginning Thursday, July 18 through Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 9 a.m. at the Okeechobee County Historic Courthouse in the "Judge William L. Hendry Courtroom" located at 304 NW 2nd Street, Okeechobee, Florida.
Any person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Board of County Commissioners with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purposes, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of such proceedings is made, which record shall include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
