NOTICE: FDOT will begin work in mid March 2024 on improvements from SW 23rd Street (Walmart entrance) to SW 14th Street and from SW 3rd Street to SW 5th Street

3/12/24 - FDOT PUBLIC NOTICE:

FDOT ROAD CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: FDOT advises work will begin in late March on the following road projects:.

Project 1-#439032-1: from SW 23rd Street (Walmart entrance) to SW 14th Street
Project 2-#449176-1: from SW 3rd Street to SW 5th Street

Review the below fact sheets and Project Location Map for details.

During construction there will be periodic daytime and nighttime lane closures. Motorists should plan ahead and use caution if you drive this route.

Project Improvements:

* Creation of stormwater pond (see map on reverse side for location detail)

* Road and drainage improvements to include installation of drainage pipes and erosion control devices

* Milling, resurfacing, base work and pavement markings

* Curb, gutter and sidewalk construction
